• The chat (Crisp), Google Analytics (statistics) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads) are activated only with your consent.
• Videos are hosted on YouTube and are loaded only if you consent.
• Purchases take place on Gumroad, not on this site.
• You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link, also found at the bottom of every page.

What data we process and why

Browsing data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of the request. This is necessary for the site to work and stay secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union, with the GDPR safeguards described in its privacy policy.

Email contacts

If you write to us, we use your email address and what you tell us only to reply and, if requested, to arrange the service (for example a one-to-one course). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request.

Purchases

MindTheColor products are sold on Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.). Payment and billing data are collected and processed by Gumroad under its own privacy policy; we receive from Gumroad the data needed to deliver your licence and provide support.

YouTube videos

Tutorials and presentations are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Until you consent, the site does not connect to YouTube: you see a placeholder with the title instead of the video. If you accept, the video is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), but Google may still set cookies and process data such as your IP address, including for its own purposes. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Live chat (Crisp)

The chat bubble at the bottom right uses Crisp, by Crisp IM SAS (France), which processes data in the European Union. Crisp's software is loaded only if you consent to the Chat category, from the cookie notice or by clicking the bubble. If you write in the chat, Crisp stores on our behalf your messages, any email you leave and technical data such as IP address, browser and the page you write from; we use this data only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent for the chat cookies and your request for the reply (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). Crisp's policy: crisp.chat/en/privacy.

Google Analytics

Only if you consent to the Statistics category, the site loads Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited. It counts visits and shows which pages are most useful, where visitors come from and how many click the purchase buttons, so we can improve the site. Google receives data such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited and may process it outside the European Union. Purchases on Gumroad may be measured in the same Analytics property. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)

Only if you consent to the Marketing category, the site loads the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures visits and purchases started from our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show you relevant ads. Meta receives data such as your IP address, browser, pages visited and clicks on purchase buttons, and may link them to your Facebook or Instagram account. Meta may process this data outside the European Union. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Cookies and browser storage

Without your consent this site sets no cookies: it only uses technical storage in your browser:

• mtc-consent (localStorage) – remembers your choice on the cookie notice. Duration: 6 months, after which you are asked again. It is necessary and does not require consent.

Cookies set only with your consent (even when stored on this site's domain, they belong to these services):

• YouTube / Google – playback of embedded videos. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Crisp (crisp-client/*) – live chat, to remember the conversation.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) – visit statistics; duration set by Google.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp and other Meta cookies) – marketing and ad measurement; duration set by Meta (Meta cookie policy).

Links to Gumroad, Instagram and Facebook are plain links: those services receive data only if you open them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to mindthecolor2021@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent to YouTube cookies with the Cookie preferences link. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.

Changes

If the site changes (for example when new services are added), we will update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
